You’ll pay cash upon arrival.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, we believe you won’t cancel if you don’t have to. Since the booking is free, you will create more opportunities for other travelers with special needs if you cancel on time.

What are your accessible van safety features?

Be secured with tie downs and other safety features like seat belt and lap belt in place.

How exactly will I be taken into the van?

While remaining seated on your wheelchair, electric wheelchair or power chair, easily roll on our ramp right into our vehicle.

Are the drivers trained to assist passengers with disabilities?

Yes, our drivers undergo training to provide assistance to passengers with disabilities. The driver is CPR/AED, First Aid and fire extinguisher certified. They are knowledgeable about securing wheelchairs, providing support when boarding and disembarking, and ensuring a safe and pleasant journey.

Can you accommodate passengers with specific accessibility needs?

Absolutely, we strive to accommodate passengers with various accessibility needs. If you have specific requirements, please let us know when making your reservation, and we'll do our best to tailor our service to your needs.

Do you rent mobility scooters?

No, but we can assist you in renting one.

Can I use my mobility scooter?

Yes, you may use your mobility scooter.

Do you have recommendations for accessible restaurants or activities?

Yes, we keep ourselves up to date with accessible restaurants and activities, we will give you recommendations on the way.

Do you allow service animals?

Yes, dogs only. It is free for people who are blind or with low vision or a $20 extra charge for others. The dog's mouth must be restrained at all times.


What happens if my flight is early or delayed?

Our welcoming service means if you provide your flight number when you’re booking your airport transfer, we’ll be able to track your flight and adjust your pick-up time automatically according to your actual arrival time. Once your flight has landed, your driver will wait for 45 minutes. This should give you plenty of time to pass through security, claim your baggage and head through to arrivals to meet your driver.

What’s included in the price?

Our prices include all taxes related to your mobility transfer. If you book an airport pick-up, prices also include welcoming service as standard.
